Promotions: gift, combo and upsell

Promotions (you need the "Promotions" permission) → create a promotion and pick the "Promotion type":

• "Gift over an amount": a receipt over a set amount gets a gift at a special price (0 means free).
• "Combo set": several items for a set price. To make a "1+1" deal, add the same item twice.
• "Suggestion": a hint for the cashier to offer an item when the cart has another one (for example, a croissant with coffee).

On the till, promotions show up in the "Promotions" tab as suggestions, and the cashier adds them with one tap, see Promotions on the till.
