Preparations

1. 1Menu → Preparations: add a preparation the same way as an ingredient.
2. 2Its recipe opens: "+ Add ingredient" and the amount used per unit of the preparation.
3. 3Use the preparation in dish recipes like any other ingredient.

How to top up its stock

When you've made a batch, tap "Produce" next to the preparation in stock, see Receiving, write-offs, production. The components are deducted and the preparation is added.

When a dish is sold, the preparation itself is deducted, not its components.
