QvonSwitching from Poster to Qvon
Qvon has no automatic file import yet, so we do the switch from Poster together with you: you send an export, we help you set it up in Qvon Office.
What gets moved
Menu
Categories, items, prices and modifiers.
Recipes
Ingredients and yields, so each sale deducts stock automatically.
Stock levels
Ingredient balances on the switch date, entered as a stock count.
Staff
Names, roles and till PINs, created in Qvon Office.
How the switch works

Export
Export the menu and recipes from Poster to Excel and send them to us on Telegram.

Register
Download Qvon POS and register your venue. 14 days of full access on us.

Set up
We enter the menu and recipes in Qvon Office together, and set stock levels with a stock count.

Run side by side
Work on the Qvon till for a few days and keep the old system as a fallback.
What is not moved
- Past receipts and sales history stay in the old system: export them beforehand if you need them for reports.
- Moving the guest database and bonus balances is agreed separately.

How long does the switch take?+
Installing the till and registering takes a day. Entering the menu depends on its size.
