This Privacy Policy describes what data the Qvon service (the "Service") collects, how it uses, stores, and protects it. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General provisions
Qvon provides software for managing the till, kitchen, and floor of cafes, restaurants, and other food-service businesses in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Qvon Service administration acts as the personal data controller. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. What data we collect
Venue owner and staff data: name, phone number, role (owner, admin, cashier, waiter, cook, barista), and a password or PIN stored in encrypted form.
Venue data: name, address, venue type, menu, prices, tables and halls, prep stations.
Guest data entered by staff themselves: name, phone number, order history, and loyalty program bonus balance. The venue owns this data and is responsible for the lawfulness of entering it.
Order data: check contents, time, prep status, payment method, discounts.
Technical data: sign-ins, in-app actions, device and browser type, needed for the Service's security and operation.
Subscription payment data is processed by the Click and Payme payment systems. The Service does not store bank card details.
3. Purposes of processing
Providing and supporting the Service: the till, kitchen display, table tracking, inventory, analytics.
Processing subscriptions and payments for using the Service.
The venue's own guest loyalty program: accruing and spending bonuses based on data the venue itself enters.
Security, fraud prevention, and technical support for users.
4. Sharing data with third parties
Click and Payme payment systems: to process subscription payments.
The Service does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed at the lawful request of authorized government bodies.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored on secured servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Staff passwords and PINs are stored as an irreversible hash. Data transfer between your device and the Service is protected by encryption.
Data is kept for as long as the venue's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction, or its deletion.
A venue owner can delete the organization's account by contacting support.
When an account is deleted, associated data is deleted or anonymized, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, sales records for accounting and tax purposes).
7. Cookies
The Service uses technical cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your chosen language. The Service cannot work without them.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown.
