Fiscalization in Qvon POS

as of October 2026 ·

In Uzbekistan, cash and card sales go through an online cash register or a virtual kassa from the state register. Below is a short summary of the rules and of what Qvon does today.

What Uzbekistan requires

  • The use of online cash registers and the virtual kassa is governed by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 943 of 23.11.2019.
  • Models from the state register may be used. The Tax Committee explains that a business picks any registered model itself, by price, convenience and features.
  • Each item on the receipt must carry its IKPU code from the national electronic product catalogue.
  • Food-service automation software passes receipts to the tax systems through a fiscal module and a fiscal data operator (OFD).

What Qvon does today

IKPU codes on products

Every menu item can carry an IKPU and a packaging code. At a fiscalized location an item without IKPU cannot be sold, so no receipt goes out with an error.

Fiscal receipt queue

Payment never waits on the tax side: the receipt is queued and sent in the background, or later if there is no connection. Refunds go through the same queue.

QR code and fiscal sign on the receipt

Once fiscalized, the printed receipt shows a QR code and the fiscal sign.

Status in Qvon Office

The receipts section shows which receipt is fiscalized, which is still queued and where there is an error.

E-POS via the Windows till

The Qvon POS till on Windows hands receipts to the E-POS fiscal module installed at the venue and reports the result back to Qvon.

Good to know

  • Fiscalization in Qvon works through the Windows till. Android, macOS and iPad have no fiscal module and can be used as extra devices.
  • Qvon is not itself an online cash register model from the state register: the connected fiscal module fiscalizes the receipt.
  • If your venue uses a different online cash register model, message us and we will discuss connecting it.
