Qvon POS is the app for the till, waiters and kitchen. It installs on a Windows all-in-one terminal or PC. Menu, stock and reports live in the Qvon Office web back office.

The installer asks for Windows administrator rights. A new version installs over the previous one, nothing needs to be set up again. The app tells you itself when an update is out.

Needed for the first sync; after that the till also works offline

Receipt printers

  • ESC/POS network receipt printers over LAN (port 9100)
  • Printers installed in Windows (USB), through the driver
  • 58 mm and 80 mm paper

Offline

Menu and staff are stored on the till itself. Without a connection you can still take orders and payments: they are saved on the device and sent to the server once the connection is back. Refunds and opening or closing a shift need internet.

Fiscalization

Qvon has a fiscal receipt queue, IKPU codes on products and a QR code on the receipt. The Windows till hands receipts to the E-POS fiscal module at the venue. We set up the fiscal module connection together with you.

    Install Qvon POS

    Download the installer and run it on the till.

    Sign in or register

    Create your venue right in the app or sign in to an existing one. 14 days of full access on us, no card needed.

    Add your menu and printer

    Menu, recipes and staff are easiest to set up in Qvon Office from a computer; the printer is connected in the till settings.
