Last updated: August 29, 2026
These Terms govern the use of the Qvon service. By registering for and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the Qvon software and its related website and apps.
"User" means a venue owner or staff member using the Service on the venue's behalf.
"Subscription" means the right to use the Service for a paid period under a chosen plan.
2. Service description
The Service provides tools for managing a food-service venue's till, kitchen display, tables and floor, inventory, staff, and analytics.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Available features depend on the chosen plan.
3. Registration and account
Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate information.
The User is responsible for keeping the password and staff PINs secure, and for all actions taken under their account.
Any unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.
4. Plans, payment, and trial
New venues get a free 14-day trial. A paid subscription is required to continue after it ends.
Plan prices and terms are shown in the Service. Monthly or annual billing is available.
Payment is processed through the Click and Payme payment systems. A paid subscription is non-refundable for the unused period, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. User rights and obligations
The User agrees to enter the venue's guest data on a lawful basis and with their consent where required by law.
The User agrees not to use the Service for unlawful activity and not to infringe the rights of third parties.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information they enter, including the menu, prices, and order data.
6. Acceptable use
Attempting unauthorized access to the Service, disrupting its operation, or copying or decompiling its code is prohibited.
Reselling access to the Service without the administration's written consent is prohibited.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the complete absence of outages.
The administration is not liable for losses arising from misuse of the Service or data loss caused by the User, including errors in menu, pricing, or fiscal receipt setup.
We recommend saving important information promptly and reconciling fiscal reports.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, its design, code, and the Qvon trademark belong to the Service administration.
Data entered by the User (menu, orders, the venue's own customers) remains the User's property.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a breach of these Terms or non-payment of a subscription.
The User may stop using the Service and delete their account at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement, in the manner prescribed by law.
