How to work with orders in the kitchen

Three columns: New, In progress, Ready. One button moves an order along.

The screen has three columns:

1"New": just arrived. Tap "Start" when you begin cooking.
2"In progress": being prepared. Tap "Ready" when the order is assembled. The guest will see their number on the pickup display.
3"Ready": waiting to be handed over. Tap "Handed over" when the order has been picked up.

Wrong column? The "back" arrow on the card moves the order back one step.

A column fits 4 orders, the rest are on the next pages ("Page 2", "Page 3" buttons).

Ready-made products that need no cooking (water, packaged pastries) don't go to the kitchen display.
