QvonHelp CenterStations: separate screens for the kitchen and the bar
The bartender sees only drinks, the hot station only hot dishes.
If you have several preparation areas, assign a station to your dishes.
- 1Menu → Dishes → open a dish.
- 2In the "Station (kitchen, bar...)" field, type a name, for example "Bar" or "Grill".
- 3Save. The system suggests names that have already been used.
An "All stations" picker appears on the kitchen display. On the bar tablet, pick "Bar": it will only see its own items. The choice is remembered on the device.
The whole order only becomes "Ready" once all stations have marked their part. Until then the card shows "Waiting for other stations".
The list of stations is in Menu → Stations. You don't need to create them separately: a station appears once you've set it on a dish. If no dish has a station, there's no picker on the screen and everyone sees all orders.
