How the back office is laid out
The menu sections on the left, quick search, language and theme.
The back office menu is on the left:
- Dashboard: revenue, orders, average check, sales by hour, top products and buttons to launch the till and screens;
- Reports: sales, products, ABC analysis, P&L, shifts, cash collection, timesheet;
- Floor: tables, waiter, kitchen, pickup screen;
- Menu: dishes, products, preparations, ingredients, modifiers, categories, stations, price lists, promotions;
- Stock: purchase orders, suppliers, inventory, stock levels, what to restock;
- Finances: expenses;
- Account: staff, access roles, locations, settings, billing, help center.
Staff only see the sections they have permissions for.
Quick search
Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) or tap the magnifier on a phone, and type where you want to go: "report", "stock".
Language and theme
Switch the language (Russian, Uzbek, English) with the flag at the top. The theme is in Settings → "Appearance" and is remembered on the device.
Several locations
If you have several locations, the location switcher is at the top of the pages where it matters (reports, settings).
