What permissions there are

Back office

• Menu and recipes: dishes, products, categories, modifiers, ingredients.
• Price lists, Promotions.
• Stock: stock levels, supply, write-off, inventory.
• Suppliers and purchases.
• Expenses.
• Reports and revenue.
• Staff: staff members and access roles.
• Locations, Tables and floor plan, Settings.
• Subscription and billing.

Till and floor

• Stop list.
• Order discount.
• Refund.
• Cancel order.
• Accept payment at the table.
• Shifts: open and close a till shift.
• Accept shifts and close the day: a manager recounting the till.
• Cash: deposit/withdrawal.

Without a permission, the button simply isn't shown, and the server won't let anyone perform the action another way.
