What the table screen shows
My tables, other tables, ready dishes, bill requests and delays.
Tables are sorted into groups:
- "My tables": your open tables. The most urgent ones are at the top.
- "Other tables": your colleagues' tables, shown faded with the waiter's name.
- "Awaiting cleanup", "No table" (quick checks), "Free".
Badges on a table card
- "Ready": the kitchen has made a dish and it's time to take it out.
- "Bill requested": a preliminary bill has been printed for the guest.
- "Late" and a yellow border: a dish is taking longer than normal.
At the top you see your name, the number of open tables and their total. At the bottom are the "Tables", "Floor plan" (if the owner has drawn one) and "Quick check" tabs.
If the connection drops, you'll see a "no connection" badge. Orders sent without a connection reach the kitchen automatically once it's back.
