How stock works in Qvon
Sales deduct ingredients by recipe, you add supplies and run stock counts.
Stock is tracked separately for each location.
- 1Selling a dish deducts ingredients according to its recipe.
- 2Deliveries are added through "Supply" or purchase orders.
- 3Spoilage and spills are recorded as a "Write-off".
- 4Once a week or once a month you run an inventory count.
Cost is calculated at the weighted average price: every supply with a price recalculates it.
Stock tracking is optional. If no recipes are set up, the till simply sells and stock levels are not tracked.
