A percentage added to the bill automatically.
Settings → "Service charge" → "Service charge, %".
The percentage is added to every bill automatically at payment. The cashier can remove it with the "No service charge" button. 0% means it's off. The service charge is tracked separately from tips and shows up in the P&L.
