Menu ABC analysis

Reports → ABC analysis compares each item with the averages for your menu on two axes: how much it sells and how much it earns.

• "Stars": sell well and are profitable. Keep them on the menu in a visible spot.
• "Hidden potential": profitable, but don't sell much. Recommend them and add them to promotions.
• "Steady sellers": sell well, but with a lower margin. Check the price and the recipe.
• "Underperformers": few sales and a small margin. Candidates for removal.
