What guests see on the pickup display

The screen has two columns:

• "Preparing": orders the cook has started;
• "Ready for pickup": orders that are ready.

A tile only shows the order number and the table, if there is one. The order contents, price and guest name aren't shown.

• A new order appears when the cook taps "Start".
• An order disappears when someone taps "Handed over" in the kitchen or in the Queue.
• Only orders from the current shift are shown. The screen refreshes every 3 seconds.
